Have you ever had a fantastic experience with a professional in two different cities? Well, I have with Dr. Lee at Welcome Dentistry. In Spring 2014 when also had a practice in Phoenix Dr. Lee was welcoming, gracious and professional. He did excellent work on a molar crown and a lower partial bridge. I had been in Phoenix for 19 years and had a series of way less than optimal experiences with at least 10 other dentists so Dr. Lee was extra special to me. Recently, tooth #23 (a front left incisor), the main tooth in my lower partial, came out and was lost. I remembered that Dr. Lee had offered a 5 year warranty on his work. I contacted his old office and they gave me Dr.'s email address. He remembered me (I was amazed), answered my emails promptly, requested appropriate documentation and is now sending a check to my new dentist to cover the cost of my insurance covered tooth #23 replacement. All of this was accomplished in three days. Wow!! I am elated and permanently grateful. I totally believe you will have a great experience if you choose Dr. Lee as your dental provider. Thank you!!
