They usually do a great job with my suits, but Ive been disappointed the last few times Ive come here. After taking a suit home a few months ago, it still had water stains on the collar. I also bought a new comforter and brought it here to get washed for its first use and when I picked it up there were areas where the fabric seemed singed. They also made up a story saying the burned areas were actually clumps of the cleaning chemicals from trying to erase a stain, which is impossible because I dropped it off brand new before I even took it out of its original packaging. I went back to get a refund since they basically ruined the comforter and they only gave me a partial return. They seem like nice people so I wish them nothing but the best, but Im truly disappointed and wont be returning.

Took some Levi's to get hemmed. They quoted one price in the phone, another in person. They said they do original hem. This is not original hem and it is very crooked. My kid could've done this...
