Ordered and paid in full including very high shipping cost. Never received ordered items instead got blamed for not accepting delivery and offered to pay shipping cost again. Complete lie! There was never attempted. delivery. Extremely disappointed and not recommending to deal with that supplier. Supplier must get rid of female (unfortunately didnt get her name) I spoke with and replace with someone who know how to treat customers in respectful manners.
Rude, disgusting and unprofessional attitude! Complete lack of customer service. Avoid!!!! Not recommending!!!

As we are doing an overhaul on the Manor we have been in search of samples to try before purchasing large orders. On February 1 we ordered these griffin onlays (screen shot from @pearlworks_inc ). We were excited as they seem beautiful. On February 4 we received an email that they had received our order for processing. Keep in mind, they will not tell you the cost of shipping when you make the order, that information was still an unknown as well....but we were still patient. As we are aware, most people don't work on weekends so I thought surely to hear something today (February 7). No word until I called them just a few minutes ago. As I've just paid for $80 samples, extra handling charges, and still have yet to be surprised with shipping cost...Needless to say I'm a bit hot. When you call this company be prepared to have someone answer with an attitude. The woman I spoke with was unhelpful, and still couldn't tell me shipping cost or when they would be shipped. I was told if I really needed them why didn't i call and just say so? WOW! IF or when we actually get these I'm looking forward to progressing this review to let you all know about Pearlworks, Inc. Hopefully they will make this right.

Nice product if you don't mind paying twice more in undisclosed cost in shipping charges.
Purchased 2 small pieces at $4.95 each. Was charged an additional $5.00 for packaging and handling + $0.99 raw material surcharge.
I that was not enough, they charged an additional $17.25 in Fedex shipping which they only shipped 5 days after the order was placed.

I had some window cranks powder coated by Pearlworks and from start to finish, the process was easy and fast. Regina helped me and couldn't have been more helpful and kind. This isn't their primary business, but they do a GREAT job of it.
