Office staff HOUNDS the residents for 5 star reviews, which shouldve been my first red flag, second being that the old office lady was trying to get me to cheap out on renters insurance. She was encouraging me to lie and say I had children to get a lower rate, but I didnt need a discount on a $15/a month insurance. Breaking my lease due to personal circumstances and the office couldnt comply with the terms, even domestic violence cases dont matter to them theyll still charge you 2 months rent to LEAVE

Martina from the front office was a big help. Its my first aprtment of my own and Martina made the process smoothly. I recommend Sierra Oaks and if you can, try to talk to Martina to lease your new apartment. Shes really nice and understandable. Actually, everyone from the office are nice and approachable.
