Cockroaches everywhere. Found roach egg sack under the beds top cover. Bug and grime in the broken fridge. 2 of the 3 lights didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Exposed wires. Bathroom had open recesses in tub rim and mold. Bottom of tub was disgusting and showed signs of a crappy white paint job. I couldn't stay.
Rooms: Health code violations are at a all time high at this location!
Noteworthy details: Office staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Lots of drug activity openly noted. Rooms stunk like stale smoke and body odor. Waste of my money and time.

Our room at this hotel appeared spacious (the furniture was misshapen and mismatched), our standards for cleanliness were raised (this room was easily the nastiest hotel room I've ever been in; our car, filled with dirt and sand from days in the bay area, is spotless in comparison), and our experience was, above all, unique (we had to use the blankets in our car for warmth due to the sketchiest heater in existence and the award-winning grossest blankets from the room).
The mysterious hairs and silverfish in the bedsheets were a nice touch. And the battery-less smoke detector.
Nearby activities: Driving through, smelling manure from nearby farms
Safety: It wasn't.
Food & drinks: The vending machines have love letters to local vandals. Otherwise completely empty.

Although the check in staff was very accommodating with getting me a bottom floor, you just can't take the old out of the building. Walls, floors, edges and corners just not clean with stains and layers of dust. Seems like they just do a quick wipe of the counters and tables. Plenty of linen though, however I did not want to get in that shower.

The beds are comfortable at least, the bathrooms have a strong jail facility feel
