Be careful with one of these lenders. He switched companies while working with us, didnt let us know, lost our info, and made our home buying process upsetting. Just to tell you how clueless he left us, he didnt even tell us how to pay into a loan he provided.

We just purchased our first home and had the pleasure of working with Erick, Carmen, and Sue from CrossCountry Mortgage. I cannot express my gratitude for them, taking us in under their wing and guiding us through our journey. Not only did our loan process run smooth, any questions or concerns we had were handled with the upmost care and professionalism! Through the whole process, we always felt safe, secure, and acknowledged and that truly meant a lot! We were always treated with the upmost respect and they felt more like family in the end!
