Alcatraz Burger

Highly disappointed! I could not believe how rude the staff was today. I walked in at around 2pm this afternoon and was immediately told it would be at least 1/2 hour for a burger, "would I still like to wait?". I said that would be fine and asked if I could order a couple drinks while we were waiting, he told me "when I can get to it". He then put my drink order in the computer and started to walk away. I asked if we could get the drinks now and He said, "I said when I can get to it". and walked away!!! So... we left!! Terrible customer service! He basically tried turning me away from the moment I walked in.

Killer eats! Gotta love fresh beef that could have only came from the sexiest cows on the ranch. Only problem was that the price is a bit high in my opinion. Keep in mind however that I'm a father and we can be some cheap bastards. Anyway, the menu is gangster themed (Capone not Dre), they offer some solid options and and the fries taste so good that you want to pocket some for later. Give it a shot. You'll likely feel the love right away!

Excellent all the way around. Food is good. This Restaurant is awesome! However be ready to spend because it's a little expensive, but totally worth it
