I've lived here going on 8 years, I gave two reviews the latest one wasn't positive. I'm sorry about the bad review, at the time I was very upset with things not being fixed.
Now the ball is rolling & there are a lot of improvements being done. I'm excited to finally get my carpet and flooring done. Please don't let my negativity discourage you in putting your application in. The manager Heidi & maintenance guy Marco are awesome. Thank you bardsley garden apts for accepting as part of the residents here. I'm happy here, I still feel kinda of unsafe at times because of no lighting in the backyard. Other than that I'm content to live here &I Iove my apt.

I'm writing this for my mother. She placed a "ticket" for her cooktop ovenrange over a year ago. She only has to small burners in the back and the front ones don't work .. She spoke to Corina the office manager and was told this is not a priority for them. My mom had to speak to their maintenance guy Marcos that walks by her apartments everyday and he could not fix it. I called Corina yesterday morning and this morning and has yet to return my call VERY unprofessional. I work for the state in Denver Colorado and I know this is not how you treat an elderly.

I've lived here going on six years, I love it here. Its nice clean quiet. Their are a lot of us seniors living here not all of us are waiting to die. Shame on you rhond McBeth!!
Only thing I can say is we could sure use more washers &dryers, also more lighting in back area near Bardsley st. They are excellent, new great manager % maintenance man. If I had to move I hope it isn't because Rhond Macbeth thinks that I died.

Placing are too small, and for alot of older people just waiting to die. If you are 60 or younger think twice about renting this place. Chow
