The hotel was clean but dated for alot of things in the room. It was great having a kitchen though for being there a while for work. The front desk was great to help when we had hotels website issues. The pools heater was broken the entire time which sucked because it was chilly when we were there but the hot tub was hot. Will be staying here again.
Rooms: The furniture was dated, the couch has Rios and such. The desk chair if you leaned back at all would also go completely backward and was uncomfortable.
Noteworthy details: It was great to finish the night around a fire place outdoors.

I booked my reservation two weeks in advance for a military work travel event. I did so online but apparently they have hidden cancellation policies saying you cant cancel.
I am trying to cancel TWO WEEKS in advance, there is no reason once or ever that I shouldn't be allowed to do so. This is effecting my job trip and has put a big sour taste in my mouth. The front desk is very rude and unempathtic. Acting like this large corporation isn't making a ton of money to begin with and like the cancellation is coming from their pockets. Ill never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible policies and customer service.
