This review is based upon the dissatisfied service that I received today. I came for an appointment since my primary provider referred my child . There are no signs at the front door indicating that I should call before entering so as some patients were exiting the facility I decided to come in with my child. The receptionist literally scolded me for not waiting outside instructing me that next time Id wait to get me and my childs temperature check. Mind you, this is my first time coming to this facility so Im not familiar with their covid 19 policies. Not only that but she gave me an attitude when asking questions regarding my childs insurance and provider. As Im filing the paperwork I start feeling uncomfortable and didnt understand why she was treating me unfairly. I refused to be discriminated and treated poorly based on someones poor judgements.I had high expectations of this facility but I am going to look for a different facility because this is totally unacceptable and uncalled for.

We went to see Dr. Nattyv. It was the first visit to the gastroenterologist for my 4 year old. The staff at the reception is friendly. They offer a toy from the treasure chest at the end of the visit. My child loved the little camera toy.
Review to be continued when we see Dr Nattyv again in May. Its too early to review the medical service itself at this time.
