      image If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Their lunch hour is between 12 and 1. I called numerous times between 1:15 and 1:30, and NO ANSWER. I wanted to confirm that they would have a vehicle for me before I made the trip there. I took the chance and made the trip to this location, and they didn't have a car, nor did they see my name under their reservation, even though I HAD A RESERVATION NUMBER. Two persons at the desk, and not one of them could tell me why neither of them failed to pick up their phone calls. Horrible customer service.
