I received my new Organic mattress and beautiful reclaimed wood platform yesterday, and I love them! I had the first good nights sleep Ive had in a while.The only thing as wonderful as this mattress, is the Customer Service I received from the owner Sharon. She is so knowledgeable and had me try many mattresses to find the perfect one. She also didnt hesitate to accommodate my request for a vegan mattress, having them make it without the wool. I honestly couldnt be happier. Thank you so much, Sharon!

We visited multiple mattress stores  online and in person (including an exclusive naturepedic mattress store, which is the mattress we actually purchased) before discovering Snoozz. We were pleasantly surprised to have found an old school, small business like this still in operation. Exceptional one on one service from Sharon helped us choose the best fit for our needs. Mattress arrived as stated and we were promptly contacted for pick up. We also received a thoughtful handwritten thank you card in the mail following our purchase, which we felt was a nice personal touch. We will definitely shop there again and recommend to others.
