Don't bother going for the final sale. Its a big waste of time, if you consider your time to be valuable. I consider mine to be so. I spent 2 hours looking through maternity, plus and XXXL sizes, which is all they have available at this point in the sale. After all the searching and trying I found a medium sized dress and a skirt. When I took it to the billing counter, the lady refused to sell it to me since it was missing tags. I tried to reason with her and ask why was it even for sale. But she didn't seem to want to reason and rudely turned me away. Would have given it zero ratings because of the unfriendly and seemingly racist staff. What a giant wast of time! No wonder you guys went out of business.

It's a sad sad day when a local Macy's store is closed. Plenty of bargains but no joy in finding them for me. I did purchase a lovely gold ring for an extremely good price but would prefer to have paid more and have our Sunnyvale Macy's there.

Its not the best of all the Macy's stores however since its located near downtown Sunnyvale,its easy to access. The collection of dresses is normally decent, the staff is fine as well.

Really bad. I spend more than 30 minutes waiting for help in fragances departament and no one help me. I beter walked out the store
