The woman that answers the phones is very unprofessional. I asked if they make fascia signs, her response was "uh we make signs". I told her I need a sign for the front of my store and she told me to email a photo of the front of the building. I agreed and let her know I'd send my logo along with the requirements and she said she didn't have time to read that. How am I to get a quote when you don't know the specifications I'm looking for? Very unprofessional, I'll take my business elsewhere
