Worst service!
Went in to get my 4 year old daughter checked for a possible UTI,(Wednesday) Dr. Singh purscribed a cream and my daughter had to do a culture( pee test) so i took. It to quest the next morning, i was told it was going to take 4 days to get results. Even though it was the weekend i was concerned for my daughter going though pain that long. The following Monday Dr. Singh calls me for a positive test results of a UTI, and prescribed her medication, so i gave my daughter the prescribed medication, the next day close to 5:00pm i get a call from her Dr. that she prescribed the wrong medication, and that she she needs a new prescription. Instantly became furious. Called the dr. Back and was informed that she was waiting for the sensitivity test results back, meaning seeing what medication her UTI is not working with or something like that. I was mad that this dr. Waisted my money and my time, as i was trying to discuss with her was how do you give a 4 year old medication when you don’t even have the full results, she than respond with “ what i prescribed what the common medication for a UTI, and that it takes an additional 24 hours of getting the sensitivity results back”
I than again said “why would you give a Child the wrong prescription, why not wait till you get everything from the lab before prescribing anything?” Dr Singh than replied “why should i wait and let the child go though pain, i was waiting for the sensitivity test”
I responded “ so this is a test that you have to do with all possible UTI infections? So why is it that you didn’t get the full results back in hoping you have her the right one to start with? We already waited this long, 5 days is a long time for a 4 year old to be incomfeetable, but you risked the 10% of the sensitivity results to possibly be 50% of the correct medication”
Dr. Response was “ i can’t help the weekend, i had to wait for the Sensitivity results to come back. I gave the child the most common medication to treat the UTI. I wouldn’t even let my own child to wait any longer for prescription. 90% this is the correct medication”
So my kid what given prescription With hopes it’s the correct one with out all the test results in.
I told her she lost a patient and just send the prescription to the pharmacy.
When i got to the pharmacy i was Than told that medication has to be ordered and won’t be in till late afternoon THW NEXT DAY!
Dr. Singh, I really liked her in the beginning, but the few times that i have gone before this instadent all she has done is stay on her computer check my daughter maybe 10 min, and not looking at me when she’s talking, she types and stares at her computer she pushes around!

Lovery this doctors office fo Rd my daughter there very sweet. There is never a long wait if u have an appointment. It's small but the doctor's are great. The nurses are kind and they ate very helpful.....all in all I love this place.
