      image honestly the first few times I went were great and I always thought it was great how these employees stuck up for each other and put there foot down to rude customers but today I had a very weird unpleasant experience with Karen and her team. I was waiting in line to use the computer and print out paperwork. The person in front of me went to the self serve Amazon machine so Karens coworker told me I could use the computer so I did. Well the dude in front of me apparently needed to use the computer as well and Karen rudely said I took that mans session when I never did and I was in my own session. The entire time I was trying to print my paper the man was behind me being rude and rolling his eyes as if it was my fault he didnt have shipping label preprinted. Also The printer needed more paper and Karen never acknowledged it and told me my paper work should be printing. Thankfully the female worker who told me I could use the computer checked and refilled the machine. I just felt completely disrespected by the store owner Karen and see how others may feel about her.
