I was driving home one evening heading east on highway 12 when a holt rental dump truck when a rock flew off the dump truck and slammed my windshield. I flipped my truck around and caught up with the truck in hopes it'd pull over, I was able to get the license plate number and promptly called holt of california in stockton. The next business day they returned my call and I gave them the information from the truck that caused the damage. He told me to make a police report, and inform my insurance while we tracked down the person who rented that truck. I've called several times since then and I've received no call back. I don't feel I'm responsible for the damage to my vehicle when our dash can clearly shows the rock falling from the rental truck, bouncing one time on the highway before impacting in to my windshield. So there willingness and eagerness to resolve this is not of the professional sort at all.

Nice people easy in easy out. Equipment delivery use 3rd entrance if turn is right and the dock is on your left 50 yds or so.
