image I had been having trouble with my phone for weeks. Tech support could not fix it remotely. Then tech support told me that they had made an appointment for a technician to go to my home. I waited at home, and the technician never came. When I called back they said there was a misunderstanding with the agent who told me that. They told me I had to make an appointment at a store and go in for help. Yesterday afternoon at 4pm I came into your store. I walked in the door and told the tall, dark-skinned man who met me why I was here. He told me that no one could help me. He could only help me if I wanted to buy a new phone and upgrade. I told him that I did not want to spend money, I wanted Verizon to fix my phone, like they keep telling me they will. He told me there was nothing that he could do. I was so frustrated! I drove all the way home and called tech support again. They told me that your store employee was wrong; that someone absolutely should have been able to assist me. I then stayed on the phone for another 1.5 hours to attempt to fix the issue. I have wasted so much time on hold, driving around to your store for nothing, and much time being frustrated by this issue. Your employees should learn how to try to help a customer and not just say, "I can't help you." I had been having a really rough day, got off work just to drive to your store, and your employee was too lazy, or too uninformed to bother to help.
