My older furnace was not working.  I called Emma the service dispatcher and was able to set up an appointment for next week.  I have called other companies and they were further out in scheduling.  Appreciate the quick phone call back to get this off my to do list.

I used this company to service my furnace for over 5 years. But when I needed an emergency service call (no heat), they are unable to help me with an appointment for over 2 weeks. I may need a new igniter or a new furnace, but I have a sick child at home and they have just no wiggle room to fit me in. I will not be using this company again.

Normally I would never do this but this company was so awful and rude to me that I I cannot bear the idea of somebody bumping into this. I tried to get an estimate and was asking a question and the woman kept interrupting me instead of allowing me to ask my question.After she did this a couple of times I was really frustrated and I asked her to please allow me to continue speaking and ask my question. She basically told me with an attitude like that you're not gonna get any service and was so so rude.I didn't deserve that and if your receptionist interrupts people she could understand it would elicit frustration- which is natural when someone is consistently shut down when making a simple inquiry. I'm sorry Atlas but your people are unnecessarily rude regardless of being busy. And being rude doesn't build businesses it tears them down. My time is also valuable as is the question I had which was so simple and basic but couldn't be asked due to an arrogant person on the other side of the phone.I would never put out a review like this if not merited.
