These guys are unbelievable! Ali uses so much detail and has true compassion for her students. Brent is lighthearted and encouraging. Nicole pushes you where you thought you couldn’t go. Krystals yin is out of this world. Everyone has a true love for what they do and it shows.
I played rugby for 15 years and love having yoga as a way to move and strengthen but nurture injuries. Every instructor at Tahoe Yoga Shala has opened their room to my novice ability but push most into advanced poses. I highly recommend these guys whether you’re new to yoga, or a seasoned vet.

My absolute favorite yoga studio. The space is beautifully lit with natural light, and the instructors are very knowledgable and thoughtful. Perfect place to start as a beginner or take your practice to the next level. Truly one of South Lake's hidden gems.
