If you need any pool work done do not call these people. Sandy came out beginning of April about work I wanted done on my pool. He said he would do it, but would be about 4 weeks and I said great. Called back 4 weeks later and talked to Michelle who said it now would be the beginning of June because a work hurt himself and they were short handed. I said no problem and she would put me in the schedule. Never heard from them so I called the second week of June and they kept blowing me off for a week, not calling me back with an answer. Finally I call again and now they are busy and can’t do my pool until end of August, beginning of September. They basically wasted 2 months of my time and I could of been looking for another company, but I didn’t because I thought I could count on them to come threw. Now I have to start over, thank’s! Very unprofessional and they never call you back when they say they will. Thank god I didn’t pay the $95 fee for them to come out, what a joke.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Southcoast Pool & Spa. They have been servicing our pool for ~ 3 years now. Sandy and his team are knowledgeable, conscientious and quick to respond when I have a question or service need. Cory is our current pool technician and does an excellent job. He is a hard worker, detailed and does a quality job on our pool. Keep up the Great Work!
