I have not been in an accident in over 20 years, and never been in situation with totaled car, so was very hard personally, but Allstate really did take care of me from immediate response, providing rental car the next day, taking care of all the necessary inspections, followup and ppwk to make my life as unaffected as possible. Robert Ives, my agent. ..was personable, knowledgable and efficient when I transferred from other Insurance to Allstate in 2017 and stayed involved during accident followup to make sure new car transfer happened seamlessly. Can recommend Allstate as a great Insurance company.
