had apointment today arival time 9-11 no show no call no good guess were not using them

Technician was late 2 hours to appointment and did not acknowledge timeliness. Service was great, but it was a frustrating experience having to call 4 times the morning of to receive an update on the appointment confirmation after booking 3 days in advance.
