We had our kitchen refinished.  We got several bids, and Nhance was not only reasonable, but their sample was beautiful. Sold! They worked with me for scheduling, were communicative, professional, and friendly. The entire staff was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, i am extremely happy with my kitchen makeover! Thank you to the girls in the office for being responsive to my questions and concerns. Frankie did a beautiful job with the guys. Pablo, their field supervisor, has a great eye for detail and ensured everything turned out beautiful. If it wasn't for Lara helping me and addressing all my concerns and questions I honestly wouldn't have decided to redo as much as I did in my kitchen! I hope she makes commission off this job because she deserves it!!

Whatever you do look elsewhere for a company to do your cabinets. I was hopeful when I asked around on a Facebook group and N Hance was recommended. After having Tyler from the company over to do the initial consult and quote, we were thrilled they were within our price budget and their quality of materials seemed legit. Boy was it a disaster from the beginning. For one, Tyler confirmed they would be painting our cabinets in entirety, so imagine our shock when they start the project and the installers and painters tell us they DO NOT paint any insides. This was clearly stated by myself in the original quote with Tyler that it would be done. Two, we were told the job would be a week. Great! This project lasted over a month. Too many times to count of arriving late (hours late) or just not showing up at all! At all! Not once or twice but over a handful of times. All for me to call them and the front desk having to scramble for a reason. More than 12 cabinet doors were mis measured and had to be reordered. A disaster. Fast forward to the complete project and its fine. I guess, I was just happy to be done with this company. At least two handles were drilled and not leveled correctly. My cabinets were done in June of this summer and writing this review now in November I will say I have 5 cabinet doors where the paint has already started to curl off the corners.
