When we were involved in a hit-and-run collision, Allstate found witnesses after the fact to corroborate our account of what happened. They thrashed for months with doctors who balked at sending information. And they did not raise our premium rates as a result of this accident. Responses to our e-mailed questions are always prompt and helpful.

John has been the greatest agent I could have ever asked for.  I have been with Allstate since 1991 and they have never disappointed.  They were there for my husband and I during the Northridge Earthquake.  We owned a condominium during the Northridge quake and Allstate paid off immediately.  They insured my home in Studio City for 17 and 1/2 years.  They also provided me with auto insurance for 9 years along with renters insurance for my place in Beverly Hills, Ca for almost 7 years. John and his team, Wendi, Sue and Marlo Mendez have always taken good care of me and provided me with excellent customer service.
