I give the Geek squad itself excellent ratings, BUT... If there was a minus 5 star rating for customer service by phone i would rate it a -5 *
IT IS SO frustrating to try and reach the store agent that is actually dealing with your product !!! I keep getting routed back to the main operation center who promptly tells me ,with sincere apologies, that they can`t connect me directly with one of their own STORES!!! are you F&%$ng kidding me !
I call the extension directly and it rolls back to the call center. WASH,RINSE and REPEAT !!! WTH... I expect Far better customer service from a Huge Company like Best Buy... I get better results trying to deal with the DMV for Gods sake.!!! This IS TERRIBLE !!!!!

I've been a customer for years, going to La Mesa location never had any problem, very reliable, fast, professional. Since that location closed I had to go somewhere else and picked the santee just because it had more stars of the el cajon. Obviously the workers make the difference just like everywhere else. Here customers service is not existing, if you try to call them over the phone forget about it , you just start a loop and not going anywhere. The ones getting your computer for service at the store don't even know what they are doing and the ones in the back that should fix the issues are not competent. I brought 2 old computers just for back up data and tune up, one got ready after 10 days but lost some features the second one they got it back to me almost 3 weeks later dead completely and should have known better that something had happened..... if you are deciding for a support go somewhere else.
