NEEDS TO GET FIRED.
Shes incredibly rude, hastily moved my groceries off the lane to bag when I was bagging myself, for the lady after me.
I complained plenty of times and this lady seriously needs to find a job other than customer service.

I have been shopping at Vons for two years now after moving here from MN and can't understand why their app is so complicated to use. Instead of being readily rewarded for being a member, one must scan coupons for special deals and switch back and forth to view your shopping lists and your "clipped deals". Why not take a page from major Midwest grocery stores and offer special deals to members as long as they have their membership card with them? I feel punished for being a member instead of rewarded!Second, the bakery items are stale 90% of the time! I've had to return seven coffee cakes. The dates are had to read since no care is taken to place the labels where you can actually read them without turning the packaging upside down and messing up the toppings! And bakery goods are left out well past their sell- by dates! For a major chain in a major city this is inexcusable!Finally, while I know there is a staff shortage everywhere- there are never any staff that can help you find anything or reach items on top shelves where lower shelves are left unstocked!
