I have purchased 5 bikes from them and have recommended multiple friends who have all bought bikes here. Dan is my go to guy, super chill and no pressure sales guy. He's there to help if you need it and they don't come over and bug you if your just looking around, which for me is appreciated, I'm in the camp that if I need help I'll ask for it. Every purchase I've made was cheaper than any other shops listed price and ultimately that's most important. When purchasing they have it down to an extremely efficient process, it's never taken longer than 30 min for me. They offer a discount on all in store items after making a vehicle purchase which is great, buy your first oil change items during this window. All my friends have had great a experience and so have I, good deals, good service, no pressure or salesman attitudes and quick processing. Can't ask for more honestly.

Go in, and the salespeople are nowhere to be seen. When you do stumble into one, they pretend not to see you. Maybe they are busy getting ready for the season or haven't started yet. I have been here several times and have had ok service. Off day. However, you have prices on the new stuff, but used bikes have no price listed...
This has been an issue for a while now. Prior visits while checking the used bikes with a salesperson, he didn't know the prices and had to go "look It up" of course on each bike he would take leave, complete with eye roll, then added a sigh to look it up. Since he didn't write it down, "How much was this one again?"" Yeah... Maybe that's why I wasn't bummed rushed at the door? Ride Safe...LOL

GREAT! Service! Great guys who love what they do. Courteous and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about these guys. And, I ride a Harley Davidson so don't think they just do Honda's and the like. Great guys!

I recently drove from north Oregon to purchase a specific used motorcycle from Factory Powersports. As advertised, the bike was very clean and the price was fair. Juan worked with me by phone and email, sending me up-close pics that I requested to assure the bike had no damage and worth the long drive. He let me reserve the bike with a CC deposit over the phone, and I drove down a few days later to pick it up. Upon arrival, Juan had everything (bike and paperwork) all ready to go. The process was very honest and quick. There was no surprises, and no drama or stress. Buying a bike sight unseen from another state can be tricky. But Juan was thorough and honest from beginning to end! This is maybe the 10th motorcycle I've bought, and I also work in the moto industry and know good and bad dealerships. I'm grateful that the bike I wanted was at a good dealer with an experienced, professional and honest staff. I love my new (to me) DRZ400, and I couldn't be happier or more thankful for how everything worked out. I highly recommend Factory Powersports...they do things right!!
