image Amazing service.... The guy at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay there very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I definitely will be back.
Rooms: Very clean..!
Nearby activities: Dinner was walking distance
Safety: I felt really safe and no fear of my car at night.

image Do not book here unless you wanna waste your time. I booked through a third party and the hotel couldnt find the reservation on their system while the booking info was sent to cooperate office properly. Check in took us about an hour total. Initially I was told to wait for 10 mins so Joseph could contact his supervisor. He didnt show up for next 30 mins with no communication or explanation. He just simply disappeared. I asked one of the members in the front desk that I will leave my credit card with them so let us just check in to the room that I booked and paid for. She said theres nothing she could do but just wait indefinitely. Very rude and incompetent.

image Recently traveled there for a work conference. When I arrived I found out the room I was guaranteed was no longer available and the rest of the hotel was booked up. I reserved a room with a roll-in shower and even called to double check. Spent the next four hours trying to find a replacement room. I was not happy.
