Worst dentist I have ever been to. At first I thought the way she reused here surgical gloves was cute in an environmental sort of way. Mallory gave me a treatment plan for my teeth, but when I went in for a filling, she aggressively drilled into a healthy tooth not on the plan. She drilled right into a nerve and made me jerk like a marionette. Then she poked the exposed nerve a couple more times as I yelled in pain. She exclaimed that the cavity was deep and now that the nerve was exposed, I needed a root canal. I asked for pain killers after this horrific experience, but she would only prescribe Tylenol or Ibuprofen.  I went to another dentist for a second opinion. And the new dentist said I didn't have decay in the other tooth Mallory said I did. Mallory wouldn't send over X-rays to the new dentist and claimed that her "files and been corrupted" and she didn't have them. Now the tooth she destroyed has an infection because her root canal failed and I have to go to another dentist and have it redone. There seems too be a reason she has such bad reviews on Yelp. Simply awful technique and I don't understand why she would want to inflict so much pain. She even dropped the hot iron used to seal the rubber on my lip.

This is the only practice I found in the area that charges you for a consultation fee. Not only that, they are not up front about it and you find out later when the bill appears in your mail. The Dr spent a total of 20 minutes on my son for orthodontic work for $65. Another more reputable Dentist in the area spent an hour with my son, took pictures, a full examination and even spent time to get to know him - all for free (and told us to decide only after most of his baby teeth come out)

Dr M & staff are nice, her office mngr is very nice especially (Denise I think was her name)  made room for me in an emergency & knowledgeable. I have severe anxiety around going to the dentist for anything beyond cleanings so ultimately I had to go to a dentist better suited for me but no complaints. I appreciate the holistic perspective too.

An appointment for my young son was disappointing.  We went in to inquire about the ALF, a very expensive appliance to replace braces, and were charged a fee for the consultation.  I have never been charged for a consultation before.  I  assumed the dentist would want my long term business not "nickel and dime"  for the initial visit.  Luckily there are amazing dentists in the area who really appreciate the business.Jill L.
