Malicious, discriminative, rude, and unprofessional. I could tell she was discriminating against me because of my accent. If you speak with an accent, don't bother with this loser, she will probably just hang up on you too. This is the Trump era, after all. Low-class idiots like Erin Aaland have become common.I don't know why anybody would waste their money hiring this unprofessional P.O.S.  After leaving two messages for her, she finally calls me back but doesn't leave a message. When I returned her call about 30 minutes later, she plays stupid with me and acts like she doesn't remember calling me just 30 minutes earlier.After everything I've been put through, I was really hoping for more from someone who claims to fight for and be some kind of champion for the rights of victims. Truly disappointing.She was rude, brash, disrespectful, and hurtful to me as she was so dismissive without really hearing all the details of my situation, she just cuts me off while I'm speaking and said; "good luck, I hope you find someone who can help you", then, just hung up on me.If that's the kind of legal representative you want to invest in, go right ahead. As far as I'm concerned, Erin Aaland is a worthless loser and a disgrace to herself and her profession.

5 stars for Erin Aaland. I had never needed an attorney before, so I had no idea how it works. Erin made it so easy. Within a couple days of contacting her, I met with her and explained my situation. She explained everything to me and gave me clear directions of what I needed to do to assist her with my case. I followed direction....and within a few short weeks.....I settled my case for what I thought was fair compensation.So easy! I would definetely recommend Erin.

No stars here either.  I echo the review written by Mary F., but have more to say on that.  Erin Aaland is big on promises and short on delivery.  She also has selective incompetence syndrome.  In fact, once she secured my award, she shirked her promise and duty to deal with my insurances.  I tried for 6 months after the award was won and put into her trust, to get her to do what she promised.  Each time I sent an email requesting she get the letters for insurances done, her standard response was 'I'm swamped' or 'I've been so busy' followed with 'I'll get right on that.'  Finally, tired of her lameness, I sent an email stating that I'd be picking copies of the letters up at close of business that day.  This lead her to do horrible cut and paste jobs on both letters. Sorry folks but if you used her services I may have your names and social security numbers, because she sure didn't use mine. She faxed the hacked letters and understandably, they want this fixed.  What a mess she made.  I fired her once I learned of this, picked up my award $$ and now I'm doing what she got paid for.  Also, her math isn't so good either. She rounded up $25 when she took her payment out of the award.
