Rose Erin is the best Tax analyst Ive had helping me with my taxes. Shes is the best,most helpful, understanding, informative, & just overall in my opinion the best Tax analyst I could ask for. Im very thankful,grateful, & blessed to have her as my tax analyst. Thank you Rose Erin & I hope you get the recognition & acknowledgment you deserve working at H&R Block. She is the sole reason why I continue to come to this H&R Block & will still continue my business with H&R Block

I went to the HR Block in Santa Monica to have them file my 2022 taxes. They 'forgot' to file my taxes and never notified me that they weren't done. I was unaware of this until I was contacted by the IRS. When I brought this complaint to HR Block, they refused to refund me the tax filing fees or cover the penalties they incurred for me.
The staff at this location are incompetent. Avoid this location at all costs.

Molly Wilson is an excellent professional who completed our tax returns quickly and answered all of our questions. We will retain her to file our returns in the future.
