Just finished an 8 week intensive acting for film and tv and it was great. The teacher is a director and working actor and it does make a huge difference to have someone that knows the business side of the acting industry. The bonus is that I also get castings from the school from their Instagram account. I would recommend friending them even if you have not started a class there yet. They only allow 10 students in the audition class so we had a very personalized experience.
This was my first class at this school and I am looking forward to taking the Meisner acting technique in January.

I took acting classes for while before I was given the opportunity to act in michelle Danner's latest film.The classes are great and the teachers are actually working actors, which is inspiring to see. I had a hard time initially to be completely open but in the exercises in class I was able to get out of my head and be completely connected to myself and my emotions.because I was a student, I got the opportunity to get paid and be a featured actor on Michelledanner's newest movie, Miranda's Victim! It was one of my first experiences on a major film set, with so many famous actors. I got my SAG card out of it and I was happy that I was given such an amazing opportunity!! I got to see my favorite actors at work and the way they take directions from a master teacher. The school really care about their students and encourages us to see succeed.

I have been here for 4 months and currently enrolled in the full year well rounded acting program and all I can say is that the school is amazing. The teachers are professional and passionate about their jobs, my acting skills have improved so much because of them. The space is great, and its always a pleasure to hang out with the other students and rehearse at the school!

This is a great acting school. I really enjoyed my teacher. He's very passionate. Teferi is very dedicated to helping you and he's always very nice with his constructive comment. He has stayed late several time to make sure you get your time in. He also doesn't force people to stay if they have other appointments. He allows you to stay longer and discuss scenes or scripts. Personally, he has coached me with some self tapes and auditions. He took time out of his personal life to help me and I truly appreciate him.

This school is an absolute joke. If you are a serious actor, DO NOT go here. It is overpriced and a complete waste of money. If it seems too good to be true (schedule/course availability wise) it is. The teachers themselves are great, they are indeed people who live and work in the industry. But do not be fooled. The problem is with the school itself: the organization, the way classes are run, the people they let into classes, how students are coming in and out at any given date, how you can walk in and walk out at any point in the class. If you are looking for a "chill, laidback" atmosphere, this is 100% the place for you. If you are looking to grow as a performer and as a serious person in this industry in LA - this is not the place for you. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I believe they have some scheme worked out to help people with visas because 90% of people in classes do not speak english as a first language. Of course, this is fine - but not when you're trying to perform with a partner. It's hard for everyone when only one, two, or no people within a 20 person class speak your language. Let me tell you about the on camera audition class: let's say there are 20 students in the class. Everyone gets the exact same sides. Everyone performs them once, gets notes from the teacher and then performs it again. The whole class watches this. Fine. Then, when they are done  the 2 performances - the entire class watches BOTH TAKES again. So you are watching the same person perform the sides 4 TIMES. You end up watching 20 people perform the same sides, 4 times each. It is excruciating. Completely unprofessional and quite literally soul-sucking. Do not waste your money here. You can find much higher quality classes for a much lower price. Insanity. I cannot believe they are still in business.This post was written from a dummy account bc unfortunately I am still enrolled in classes - I've seen from other reviews that it's impossible to get a refund, so I'm not even going to bother trying. Don't make the same mistake I did.
