      image I think so much of your experience is down to the professional with whom you interact. If you can get Carlos Reyes, consider yourself lucky. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional when I was considering a long set of motorized drapery to cover a 16 foot span. The end result was stunning, and Carlos helped guide me through some hiccups. Really top notch, down to the guidance of Carlos.
