I'm pretty picky about my jewelry so I almost never buy any; but when my husband bought me a classic pair of gold, hoop earrings for my birthday, I knew I had to check this place out myself! This place has great staff who were friendly and knowledgeable, and I ended up having a great conversation there AND taking home a beautiful pair of emerald dangle earrings. Can't wait to stop in again!

I bought my wife’s engagement ring, our wedding bands, and the wedding present for my wife (sapphire necklace) from 23rd Street Jewelers in Santa Monica. All were custom designed, and excluding the wedding bands (picked out in person), the engagement ring and sapphire necklace were designed and made without ever having to set foot in the store (I live out of state). They were incredibly responsive and walked me through every step along the way - I saw multiple sketches for each custom piece, and I also saw pictures for each gemstone under consideration. In the end, I trusted them to deliver, and they exceeded expectations. My wife constantly receives compliments and is very happy!

We went to 23rd Street Jewelers a few years ago for my wife's wedding band and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I went back a few weeks ago to buy my wife a Christmas gift, and had another fantastic experience. They have some very nice and expensive jewelry, and I immediately informed them I was looking for something reasonably priced. There were several people buying five-figure pieces, but they treated me with absolute kindness and respect despite my lower budget. Walked out with a stunning rose gold and tourmaline necklace that my wife really loved! Great store and great people!

Best jewelry store in LA. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and store cases were neat and clean and fully stocked. I was helped by Tina who made some great suggestions and didn't overwhelm me with choices. She didn't rush the sales process at all. She offered me something to drink and told me to take my time. I love the necklace she suggested and it's better than anything I dreamed of. Thanks Tina 😀
