Never again.
Had booked and paid for a premium SUV months ago, and when we arrived, they told us they haven't any SUV. We had planned for a 2 weeks vacation and had no choice but to accept a minivan instead (which was not very clean). As a total compensation and after many efforts, Hertz gave us a 75$ gift card. This is inacceptable.
And when I returned the car, I called one hour later to tell them I forgot my phone holder inside. I was certain I forgot it in the car. They told me they will immediately take it and call me back. They never did. I called them the next day, and they told me they didn't find anything, which is obviously a lie.
Very disappointed. I will never rent a car with Hertz again.

The manager is rude and overcharged me for my rental
I tried to return the vehicle after one day because of the double charge
I was denied
The manager was supposed to call me back 3 days ago and never did
Now the dispute is going on and hopefully he will be fired 👍
