    If I could give this store no stars I would. They will take your money and not give you the furniture, then when you ask for a refund you can't get one. I ordered a couch JANUARY 1st 2016 and still haven't received the couch (MAY 11th 2016). I think the worst part of it all is that I have to call them and ask for an update. They haven't kept me informed of what/how/why the time line is changing so much. They have also LIED to us saying " certain things aren't in stock but we will send you what we have." That was in march... now it's freaking may and still nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE if you actually want furniture.

    I hate to be one of those people that review somewhere badly... But I can't lie, this store is absolutely terrible. The people are super friendly and helpful, but their service is horrendous. Listen to all these reviews and do NOT purchase from Ashley Furniture. Ever. I purchased a couch set and a dining room table SIX months ago. They made me wait 5 months for delivery and then they delivered the WRONG color of a dining room table. There were only two color options, light and dark. How could they have messed that up?? Well they said, "Oh hey, we'll give you $100 in store credit for Ashley's (what can I possibly buy there with $100?) and we will deliver your table in 2-4 weeks." Well guess freaking what? It's week 3 and I called earlier to see where my table is and it was just delivered to the warehouse today. (Or so they say) I call back after lunch to schedule delivery because my husband is going to be home soon from a six month deployment and I just want my table and those people are closed for the next week. I'm about to freak out. In all honesty, I don't even like my furniture anymore because of all the terrible things I've gone through to just get a dining room table to eat my dinner at. I spend over $2,400 on TWO things and waited 6 months and I'm still table-less and seeing red. Just do yourself a favor and save yourself the nightmare... Go to Whetherbys or ANYWHERE else for furniture. Do not put yourself through this torture.

    Ordered in October 2015. It is April 2016 and still have not received my furniture. Always given the runaround when calling to see the status of the order. Am planning on cancelling the order at this point. Terrible service. Will not buy from here again.

    The only reason we ordered a couch from this store is because the sales rep told us it was in stock and we would see our couch in two weeks. After several weeks we called for an update. They could not provide an update. At the end of 8 weeks, we called again and were told items were on back order and could not give an update. This store lies to obtain business then hides behind "All sales are final". Oh and if you think you can get help from Ashley's corporate office, good luck.....They will tell you that the store is independently owned and operated, and there is nothing they can do. An outstanding business model, place my name on a company and have no information or ability to track what they are doing.

    I wI'll not buy from here again! The lady who sold it to us told us 3 seat, 2 seat, and 1 seat for our fur inure set. Whoever there put the order in put it in as 2 two sweaters and a 1 seater. They didn't have me sign the contract right away so when we went back in we signed not looking over it 100% and let them explain. Which yes that was partially our fault but we went off what we told the lady we wanted to get. The wait time is way too long!! It seems to be the same complaint throught. We ordered our living room furniture Dec 18 and were told 4- 8 weeks max. We didn't receive any calls until a month later saying it should be here beginning of February. It didn't come yet so I call back and now it's the second half of February. The 8 week mark comes around still not at their storage unit. I call back they say it will be there within the week. Still nothing at the end of the week. We give them a call back and told us the first half of March. Finally at the end of the third week in March we receive our furniture. Unsatisfactory for sure.
