It was late on a Friday and all local places were out of cars.  Two other agencies cancelled my reservations due to lack of vehicles. The Hertz staff came through and were able to get me a vehicle after hearing my dilemma. Service was fast, friendly, and saved the day to be honest. I'll be back for sure and definitely recommend. This was the airport location

I rent from Herc rentals constantly for my business. This rental was for a stump grinder. I had called to see what it would cost to rent for 45 minutes he said he could rent it for $100. I needed it for 45 minutes which was verbally stated to the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would adjust the price according which was the $100. After the rental was returned within the 45 minutes, and the money was taken off my card for just shy of $200 I presumed to ask why so much for 45 minutes? The manger had said, “ unless it was stated it was only going to be 45 minutes there is nothing they can do” after this was said I went to say “ you just told me it would only be $100 for the 45 minutes, and it was also started that I only needed it that long before I even rented it” the manger then went to say “ sorry can’t go back now”. Don’t tell me something and then have it changed later on.
