Over the past three weeks, I have called this company twice to set a time to come in to discuss the final tax return for my brothers estate.  On both occasions, I was promised an email with appointment times available and some info.  Nothing has been received.I can only surmise that they have more business than they can handle and probably don't need mine.  So, I will look elsewhere.I would much rather they said that they don't want my business so I could move on rather than waste my time.

I run a local business in Santa Cruz and have been using Segetti Waxler for our taxes for almost 10 years now had they have been fantastic. They are very communicative! I have referred a couple friend to them and they have been very happy too
