Customer service is really bad, showing cold face to you when you ask about the quote. They are not patient enough to show you enough details or options, especially Jessica, she offers one of worst service I've ever met.

I'm a user of Regus office in CA, Santa Clara - Techmart Center. I found there were multiple charges in the past months, through March-2020 to November-2020, on my regus bill that I have difficulty to understand. They are named as "Postage and Franking", and sometimes as "VO weekly mail forwarding". I contacted the customer service of this subsidiary- Techmart Center and they told me that "When you begin your agreement, you are automatically enrolled into Weekly Mail Forwarding." I read through the agreement and I could not find any term that are related to such "weekly mail forwarding". And I have only agreed to pay for 89.1$ per month, while each month they charged me 20$ more for nothing! They charged me the service I have never subscribed for and refused to give me a refund. The center manager Matt Flores has promised to get me a refund, however, he later said due to no response from the billing department, he could not help. Interestingly, when I talked with the billing department, the same excuse--- only center manager is the right person to resolve this. Yes, they just pass the buck to each other. More funny, after numerous communications with the account help desk/billing department, they said because I did not manually opt out for the "mail forward service", it is a valid charge. Who would be able to opt out of a service which was enforced secretly by the merchant? During the COVID-19, everybody was WFH and there was little service provided by Regus. I just used it as a mailbox for my small business and I went to pick up my mails in person. In addition, they lost one important mail from IRS, which dramatically slowed down my business progress. Their billing department is difficult to reach through the phone as they always say they are busy with other customers.
One more caveat I want to point out for any new customer: When you sign the agreement with them, please cancel their auto renewal agreement ahead of time, cuz once your agreement is auto-renewed, you are stuck with them for another year! You have no chance to get out of the contract as they do not allow cancelation. You gotta pay for another year of service fee no matter what! Only one exception applies: that you can show proof of bankruptcy.
My feeling is Regus only cares about money, not their customers
Last reminder: STAY AWAY FROM REGUS!
