      image Overall I'm disappointed in the customer service. Sure, they're nice and all, but after my costly transaction, I was asked to come back twice, which is a huge inconvenience for me. Then I got a message that my rebate was denied (???) and had to call a call center, which took way too much time from my work just to clear it up. They need to clean up their act.

      image I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shanice at the Verizon store. Despite being new, Shanices service was exceptional. She greeted me warmly, patiently explained options, and helped me find the perfect plan and device. Her friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable which was shocking because Ive never had a good experience at a phone store before!!
