image Extremely pleasant experience. I was actually just trying to print a few pdfs from a pendrive and what they do is actually large scale professional printing. Still, the staff was very happy to help me and even let me take a peek at their machines. Really cool. Now I know where to go after I finally finish that novel and decide to self-publish. :D

image When you call or come in to their business they make you feel comfortable. The manager Joan is very professional. The people who work there are very pleasant. David understood what I needed and he provided excellent service! I would recommend anyone who is looking for great quality of service and graphic production to call JP Graphics!

image I called JP graphics and I met Joan. Boy, was this owner on some kind of hormonal pill even though I was the pregnant bride. I have never met a rude emotional owner in my life especially someone I just met for the first time. I came her shop this Friday previously spoken to her, and send her email of the files she requested plus the details of what I need. I had a call with hotel that went over time, and asked if I can still go talk to her. Her staff said yes. I apologized when I got there. She was very emotional the second she met me. She did not ask me what I need, but proceeded to boast her company and usual bossy tone. Finally I explained to her what I want and she did not know what I want at all, which was already explained in the call plus the email. Later she embarrassed me and told me to get out when I tried to calmly explain to her what I need in her office. I was shocked and I have to record this whole incident. I work in a large company as a director. I would not have my personal staff or company printing go to such a rude owner. I also don't want other people to experience the same rude treatment as I did. Here are several things she did that was very unprofessional as an owner.
1. Did not review my email, and did not know I need Menu not RSVP.
2. Did not know I sent JPEG file that is ready to print.
3. Suggest additional designer with extra fee added, when I am capable of changing these files and has adobe photoshop to fit her needs. Wedding is expensive. If I can do the design according to her instruction, which she refused to give or help, why do I need to waste extra money on designer?
4. She keeps on interjecting me and would not let me explain my vision.
5. She was emotional the whole time, which puzzled me, because we just met the first time. I apologized I was late because I had hotel call that went over. Her staff told me to come over as well, so I did get the permission.
She asked me to come over because I am a bride and she said she is willing to help with printing.
6. I clearly stated the number of print on the phone call prior and on the email. She said the number is too small and became more mad.
7. She embarrasses a pregnant woman in front of her whole staff. I said to her before I leave, " If you can just be calm, I can explain my vision to you." She said, " just go."
8. During our conversation, she also mentioned to me, "so all you need is a print job then?" as if it is a shock, but the whole time she is saying she is printing expert and has all the fire power.
9. I discuss a different figure to her that will be on the menu and that I needed to print. But she kept on pointing another figure that will not be on the menu and not what we discussed. I kept on telling her I am not using that image anymore, but she pointed at the figure and said, will the figure bleed over? I said to her finally in a very credulous look, " Does it look like it will bleed over when it has a very clear border? She said, " that's it, you need to leave." She then once again point finger directing me where to leave in exit.
She was rude, unprofessional and just plain horrible. She will surely not get any of my personal or company's business or my friends' business.
