I paid 28.00 to get a zipper replaced on my dress.  The zipper was gold and flattered the dress.  They replaced my zipper wih a cheap white one.  KIM the owner refused to do anything about HIS mistake.  He said the new zipper "looks good". No offer to fix his MISTAKE.  I PAID but I will never return.  Poor service and bad work.  So sad that they ruined my dress.

Female owner is horrible. Not kind. Lied about the price. Blamed me for something she did wrong. I will never go back there. She needs to improve. Sorry.

If I had seen the previous reviews prior to trying them out, I probably wouldn't have tried them out.  I happened to be going to the shoe repair shop next door.  I came back with a dress that I wore once, approximately 1 1/2 years ago.  It was a brand new white dress that someone had spilled wine on.  I tried everything under the sun to get it out.  I thought I'd give Nancy's Cleaners a shot before throwing out the dress.They were able to get it back to me in just two days and it looks brand new!  I had also brought in a cashmere sweater.  The total came to $21.  I don't know if that's expensive or not because I don't do a lot of dry cleaning but, it seemed worth it to me.  I only gave them 4 stars because the communication was a little hard.
