Dr. Lipsun is great! I only took off one star because the person checking me in told me I was supposed to get to my appointment 40 minutes early but I never got a notice saying that I was supposed to. It was made to look like it was my fault when clearly a communication wasn't sent to me.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! From the moment I walked in as a patient I was greeted, attended to and informed about my examination process by friendly staff with excellent communication skills. The lady who started my examination process was articulate and well spoken, making comprehension of the process easy and comfortable. Daryl Lipsun, O.D. was AMAZING!!! I had a specifically unique reason for my visit and to be honest, I was skeptical I would gain anything from my examination and subsequent advice. I could not have been more incorrect! Daryl Lipsun, O.D. gave me the best experience I have ever had at an Optometrist, and I have seen plenty over the years. What made her stand out above the rest were her communication skills and knowledge. She LISTENED and understood the purpose of my visit, thoroughly communicated the results of the examination and then provided options for solutions which we then explored. Low and behold, one of the solutions worked perfectly! I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Buenaventura Optometry to friends, family and anyone who needs help with their vision. Thank you!!
