A special summer-only opportunity: Group exercise boot camps in the fresh air of lovely Alameda Park East! Tuesdays at 5:30 pm, & Saturdays at 10 am, the hour long class will refresh & invigorate you. All Covid-19 cautions in place. Licensed & insured since 2015.

image I'm soon to be 80 years old. I thought my days working out with a top-notch trainer who understood the aging process were behind me. One session with Karen, and she dispelled my: "I'm an old guy" excuse. Karen tailored a workout that allowed me to start slow and easy and built on it from there. My strength, balance and mobility have all improved!
Karen showed me that I'm never too old to be "in shape".

image I am no stranger to back pain but I had never experienced the excruciating24/7pain of sciatica.
It came on February 3 and had not let up until March 3rd when Karen prescribed a series of stretches to be followed religiously.
After one session I was able to sleep through the night with absolutely no pain. Today, after my first night of nourishing sleep, my sciatica is 20% of the searing pain of the day before.
After three days now, the pain is almost negligible and my sleep is back to normal.
A miracle cure? Theres no such thing. In my opinion its the right stretch/exercise applied with the correct technique and follow up.
Thank you Karen for the understanding, regime,, explanation, motivation and relief.
Now, on to relieving my back pain.
