This clinic and other clinics they run outside of Santa Barbara is a huge waste of your time. The doctors have seem to get their degrees online and most likely had an a.i. do their tests so they could pass.
My mom had an appointment and she was 10 minutes late because my nephew had to get to school by 8. My mom got there and they said she missed her appointment and she would have to wait another month. Not only is she not able to get her refills now, but now shes having to go through withdrawals without a doctors supervision. The way they are treating her I am telling her to look into medical mal practice.

Hello, I want to give a review, this place has its good professionalism in many people but not in others. I will mention Melissa or Merissa, she is a receptionist and thinks she owns the hospital. She has a very bad attitude towards patients and is not prepared to be caring for people with that grotesque attitude. It is my first complaint with her and if it continues like this I will continue to report her every time she comes out with her bad attitude.

I have been dealing with doctors and pain management issues for the last 6 years due to a ongoing medical issue and this is the first time I have gave up and moved on from a practice due to lack of professionalism and outright incompetence. It is like they are completely detached from their patients. For instance, they recommended a evasive surgical procedure, which I asked my surgeon about and was told that surgery would not work for my problem. I relayed that information to PPP. THE SAME DOCTORS recommended that same procedure 2 MORE TIMES even though they were told multiple times it would not work for me. That was one of many issues I have had with PPP in Santa Barbara. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy

Hands down the worst medical treatment I have ever received. It would take hours to describe how horrible Dr Hullander and Dr. Pires are at caring for patients. Avoid them like the plague.
I believe they both think that they are great doctors, but they fall short. I believe they are not concerned with the patients needs but only his own personal agenda. And possibly the insurance companys and politicians agendas. Nickname Dr.Crusader

Terrible service. They cancelled my appointment five minutes before arrival and then said they would try to make a special exception. Avoid at all costs.
