image Little disappoint to see how Sonos has aged out equipment that didn’t need to be aged out and simply has bumped their prices overboard with little customer satisfaction. The first 3 generations were over priced and lacked a lot of quality and failed to deliver to customer expectations, but on the last update to force a subscription service and remove all other functionality at the very least could have left the device control to be able to continue the services like Alexa and Google play it to strip all functionality make Sonos go from a a1 product to bottom of the pile and to never buy or endorse the overpriced piece of junk espically when two prices cost over $1000 buy a Bose set at least Bose will continue to support their older products

image Used to own a few of the original Play: 5 units, but their product has gone down the toilet. They want you to sign into your Sonos account for simple tasks that should NOT require any kind of authentication. They're basically trying to be another apple-like company that has a clean, fancy-looking product, but doesn't care one bit about the user experience.

image Frustrating. It took 2+ hours after updating to Sonos 2 for it to find my speaker. * Update, 1 speaker just disappeared, again. I bought these Sonos speakers at Costco. I am in luck, Costco accepts returns, without a box, 100% money back. Thank you Costco!

image We have been faithful Sonos customers until recently. We have had issues with some products and the customer care team is quick to answer and just as quick to ghost the issues, there is four open cases they have asked us if are resolved. I would hope they can answer that question themselves. We have had as many as 21 Sonos products at a time and were thrilled until the past year of poor service once Sonos gave up on support for some older product they offered. I am afraid our thousands of dollars invested will be obsolete shortly.
