Booked a stay for 03/20/24 through 03/23/24 was excited for the room which was nice on third level room 344 but the air conditioning was not working so I had to ask if they can move us and they did immediately to room 143 but was a little upset with the conditions of the room seems like it had been through many repairs but none seem to be professionally done very beaten room which was a bummer but my family was already tired and ready for bed after a long day so I decided not to make any complaints for that night and although we tried asking the next day if they can make it right with at least complimentary parking or something they said they cant do much for us anymore so that was it had to get through the days here. So thats that I will not be booking here anymore.

Need maintenance on weekends. Santa Anna location and all. Happy with little kitchen corner / working space . Good set up for all in one studio. Feel ike home because you have to throw the trash away on your own. Better quiet air-con.

Memorable service, due to the fact there is no one at the front desk on a regular basis. Only present during check in. An evening, I was waiting there to ask a question, a female voice yelled out if i needed something. No customer service. Never saw whom was speaking. I spoke to a wall.

Stayed here 6 or so years ago and it was great it's starting to show its age but the staff do what they can with the resources on hand. I wish the company cared about this property as much as the workers obviously do. Locks broken, mold on the vents, other disrepair items.
