Our realtor referred Bright Electric to install an electrical panel and install a few gfci outlets in a home we had just purchased. We had not moved in yet so the work was done while we were still packing up our old home. We asked to be called when things were completed, but, no call except to ask for payment, which we promptly did.
After moving in I saw that our downstairs bathrooms did not have gfci outlets in them, so I contacted them asking them to do this as it was part of what we had asked for - Mark told me that all three bathrooms were 'connected' gfci outlets - so if one goes out due to a surge, all of them will, and the only gfci outlet with an actual reset button is upstairs in our least used bathroom. I had to install a proper gfci outlet with a reset button myself in our bathroom, even though we paid them to do this. I also found out our garage outlet is somehow connected with all these other outlets too. What a mess.
The other major problem was that when Raul worked on the electrical panel he apparently snapped a wire that went to our A/C electrical disconnect outlet - and then also removed the plug for it. It was all working correctly during our home inspection a week before Bright Electric came, and no one else had access to our electrical wiring before we moved in, so it's pretty obvious who did this. We called our own reliable electrician to come and install a new disconnect outlet and because of the snapped wire he had to relocate it - anyway, $1400 later we now have a proper outlet.
We have also found out that some of the labels on the newly installed electrical panel were mis-labeled, which can be very dangerous when you're trying to do any work on the house, to work on any outlet or switch in the house we have to turn off the main breaker because we don't know which label actually goes to what...This is not something I've ever encountered in any of my past homes and hopefully never have to again because I will never use them again.
Also - I called and left a message with them 3 times before writing this and received no call back - so I wouldn't know what their side of the story is for all this. Services: Electrical panel repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation

Mark and Bright Electric came highly recommended from a trusted neighbor. He and his team did not disappoint. I called and the same day Hank was able to come take care of my electric issue. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly described what happened and what he was doing to to fix the problem. Everything seems to have been resolved and very quickly! Hank made sure to clean up any mess he created as well, leaving our kitchen nice and tidy when he was complete. Those small details are very well appreciated and show the great work ethic. We rarely have issues, so the pricing seemed fair, especially given the quick and thorough service! Thanks Mark, Hank, and Bright Electric team!

Mark and team are always responsive when I have an electrical emergency. He's been helping my family for several years now. I won't use anyone else.
