      image This UPS store used to be best one in the entire area and I dont know what happened but it is just horrible. I mean really gone down hill. Understaffed, rude and tell of policies they have that are not at other ups stores. Alsothey are HORRIBLE for Amazon drop off site go somewhere else than this place its really gone downhill. People just dont put up with this low a quality of service with UPS. Shame on whoever in management that cause this to happen. I would never come back here now.

      image I stopped by this UPS store for the past 3 days for notary service, each time I've been told he was on lunch. Yesterday I arrived at 3pm, told he was on lunch and would return in 45 minutes. I was told the day before his hours are 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. I confirmed he was off at 3:30? I was told, oh yeah, he's gone for the day then. Today I arrived at 11:29 am and was told he was on lunch...I confirmed he started at 10:30, and was told yes, but they have to start their lunch rotations early... that would be true, however CA labor law says a shift under 6 hours doesn't get a lunch. Looks very much like the employees are covering up a missing co-worker. I agree with the last review, thus place is going down hill fast. I recommend going across the street to AIM Office solutions
      **update ** received same generic response as everyone else. Also contacted them directly as requested. Offered a free notary, but now need to make an appointment. Oh,boy.. keeping the same 1 star, too bad
